Bailey & Chris | Amarillo Wedding at Destiny's Garden
Chris and Bailey’s wedding day was elegant yet relaxed. Everything about it was perfect––the weather was moderate with a nice, cool breeze, the decorations were stunning, the bridal details were beautiful and curated with care, and above all else, the couple was surrounded with love from all in attendance.
When I first arrived at Destiny’s Garden, I knew I was in for a fun day. Wedding days often come with a little bit of stress, but let me tell you––I have never met a more “chill” bride and groom than Bailey and Chris! They were just so ready to marry one another that their excitement was contagious. I started the day by hanging out with Bailey and her girls as they got ready. They laughed and popped champagne together, and even a few tears were shed between Bailey and her little sister, who was overcome with happiness for her big sis. Once Bailey’s bridal look all came together, she looked drop dead gorgeous! Her gown was to die for!! I’ve never seen a dress with a longer or more stunning train.
Then came the guys. They had a blast together, and it definitely translated into their photos. Wait until you see their superhero-themed group shots! Everyone was filled with laughter and joy, and I can’t think of a better way to spend the moments leading up to the wedding ceremony.
The ceremony was exactly as expected––wonderfully heartfelt and sweet. Huge smiles never left Chris and Bailey’s faces. After tying the knot, we took husband and wife portraits in a nearby open field. The glow of the sunset wasn’t nearly as bright as the newlywed glow between Chris and Bailey! These two have such natural chemistry and were absolutely giddy! Their guests were giddy as well and were pleased to welcome them into their reception. Chris and Bailey celebrated the night away, then finished the evening with a sparkler exit. What a day!
